Shane Henderson is a 2010 RHP with a 6'6'', 235 lb. frame from Flower Mound, TX who attends Flower Mound HS. Excellent loose XL build, resembles Jameson Taillon physically. Side step tall and fall delivery, short stride, ideal downhill angle, compact arm action hides ball well. Mid 80's fastball, touched 89 mph, gets over CB very well, good shape, occ slows arm on CB release, nice arm speed on change up, around the plate with all pitches, repeats delivery well. Coming off tender arm this spring, more velocity in arm when stretched out. No college commitment at present.

Shane Henderson is a 2010 RHP with a 6'6'', 240 lb. frame from Flower Mound, TX who attends Flower Mound HS. Extra large athletic frame, very good strength, wide hips. Multi-piece delivery, good balance over rubber, inconsistent drift to plate, 3/4's release, arm works well. FB steady at 90 mph, good tailing action, needs to fine tune FB command, upper 70's slurve type breaking ball, shows sharpness at times, some feel for change up, can throw change more often. Has been a durable workhorse type in the past, should continue to be. Could be a big sleeper in next year's draft.
