2023 Fall East Coast Workout Showcase (Friday)
Brayden Mott is a 2025 OF/ with a 6-0 175 lb. frame from San Luis Obispo, CA who attends Mission College Preparatory Catholic. Projectable, young frame with long limbs and plenty of room to add strength. Recorded a 7.16 second sixty-yard dash time. Primary outfielder with anticipatory footwork throughout the fielding process. Gathers cleanly off his front foot, maintains momentum into release and delivered accurate throws with arm strength up to 84 mph during drills. Left-handed hitter that hits from a wider base with lower, tight hand set and some weight transfer into launch. Whole field approach with some present bat speed and leverage out in-front. Propensity to find the barrel often and flashed some burgeoning power potential to the pullside. Will continue to improve with minor mechanical refinements and additional strength. Excellent Student.
