Hunter Jones is a 2010 SS/3B with a 6'2'', 175 lb. frame from Long Beach, CA who attends Lakewood HS. Jones is an athletic bodied infielder who showed good actions in LA. He probably profiles best as a 3B down the road, once his body fills out. His arm plays and he showed natural hitting ability during BP. He has a simple approach and shows power potential. Jones runs well and displays good body control. We have actually seen him better at other events, but he still looked good in LA.
