2003 South Top Prospect Showcase
Reesing is an explosive player that showed speed, arm strength and some big line drive ability. His actions in the field were some of the best for infielders in Waco. He had the quickest jump on the ball, in the showcase, and got to the ball on both sides of him with excellent range. His hands and feet are quick and his mentality says just one speed; fast. He threw across the infield from the SS position with 84 mph velocity and his arm and arm action at second base will play at the Major Leugue level. His swing is very nice when it is short and compact. He unloaded to show some power in BP and the swing got a bit long. His hitting ability was excellent and it appears that the bat will play at a very high level. He is a top player and we liked everything we saw out of him. Kyle is an outstanding student.
