Ben DeLuzio is a 2013 MIF/3B with a 6-2 185 lb. frame from Windermere, FL who attends First Academy. Long and lean athletic build, projects very well. Very good runner. 6.56 in the 60, good footwork in the infield, shows quick hands, works around the ball well, Right handed hitter, loose tension free swing, smooth through the zone, has hitting rhythm, good extension out front, line drive swing plane, best contact right centerfield. Has hitting tools and will improve with additional strength. Very interesting athlete due to size/speed combination if he gets stronger. Excellent student, verbal commitment to Auburn.
