2011 NJ Pitcher/Catcher Indoor Showcase
Jonah Frey is a 2012 RHP/MIF, OF with a 6-1 162 lb. frame from Bryn Mawr, PA who attends The Shipley School. Long lean build. Arm projects some, medium arm action from 3/4 slot. Showed 12-6 Curveball, Fastball has glove side run, also flashed Changeup. At the plate showed solid bat speed, uppercut swing, improved balance will allow him to make good contact more consistently. Still a bit raw but has shown improvement, if he continues to develop he has a chance to be successful at the next level.
