Adrian De Horta is a 2013 RHP with a 6-2 180 lb. frame from La Puente, CA who attends South Hills HS. Tall lanky pitcher's build, good physical projection. Multi-piece delivery, long extended arm action, high 3/4's arm slot, good leverage to the plate on release, has some deception. Upper 80's fastball, touched 91 mph, mostly straight, good curveball spin with bite and deep 11/5 shape, shows feel for locating curveball, developing change up with some fade and sink. Mixes all pitches well and has pitchability/command. Athleticism and projectability are a plus. Good student, verbal commitment to Cal State Fullerton.

Adrian De Horta is a 2013 RHP/ with a 6-2 180 lb. frame from La Puente, CA who attends South Hills. De Horta has a large frame with a tall projectable build. He pitches from a high 3/4 arm slot with a long arm action and arm speed. His arm works well and his arm strength projects. De Horta pitches downhill and gets extension out front. He pitches with some effort and lands about 6 inches open. De Horta repeats his delivery well and has good balance. He has a deceptive change up with sharp sink to it. He also throws an 11/5 slurve at 76 MPH with good shape. Excellent runner at 6.69. Good student.
