Max Pavy is a 2006, RHP, 5'9-155 from North Ft. Myers, FL who attends North Ft Myers HS. He has a lean build with good strength. Pavy has a loose arm that is quick and he throws from a high 3/4 arm slot. He pitches around the strike zone a lot and finishes very well. He throws lots of strikes and attacks hitter which doesn’t waste many pitches. Pavy throws his fastball at 83 mph with good run in on the hands. He has a tough 12-6 CB at 60 mph and he has a nice feel for his change up at 70 mph. At the plate, Pavy is a RH hitter with a drive swing plane. He has good balance in his swing and takes a line drive approach. Max uses the entire field and stays behind the ball very well. Pavy also worked out in the infield and shows above average arm strength. He has third baseman tools with a solid glove. Max is a primary pitcher who is a solid prospect with potential at the next level.
