DeVito is a good looking athlete with a very good, strong baseball body. (6'2/190) As a pitcher he was effective in Lincoln, throwing mostly in the mid 80s. He also showed a good breaking ball out of his 3/4 delivery. As an outfielder he showed good range and a strong arm. He's not a burner, but he has very good instincts and gets a good jump. We like his hitting potential the most. He swings a fast bat and projects to hit with wood bat power. He smoked a couple line drives against top pitching in Lincoln. Michael is a high caliber college prospect and a good student. He could be a sleeper in the "04" draft.
