Nicholas Miller is a 2007 OF with a 5'10'', 165 lb. frame from Keller TX, who attends Keller HS. He has a medium build with live athletic actions. Miller has very good running speed, he ran the 60 in 6.85 and played faster than that in the games. He has good range in the outfield and a strong accurate arm. Better glove position receiving the ball will help him get rid of it more quickly. Offensively, Miller has a busy load with lots of bat waggle and a backward lean to start the bat forward. This makes for inconsistent timing. Miller had nice bat head skills and squared up on the ball well. When he stayed back and stayed inside the ball he was able to drive it a bit. More physical strength will help his offensive development, especially in getting the ball up the gaps when he'll be able to use his speed to take extra bases. Miller is an excellent student.
