Ronnie Healy is a 2013 C/OF/RHP with a 6-0 205 lb. frame from Jupiter, FL who attends Jupiter HS. Strong mature athletic build. Left handed hitter, leg kick load, strong aggressive swing with very good bat speed, has serious power, geared for the fastball and will crush mistakes, tends to be out front on off-speed stuff at present. Quick and agile catcher, huge arm strength, didn't throw in drills but down to 1.97 between innings, catching skills and mechanics have improved. Also pitches, long fast arm action, 3/4's arm slot, gets closed and balanced well, stays tall and balanced at release and throws downhill. Fastball 90-92 mph, scouts say they've seen up to 94 this winter, gets some running action at times. Gets good spin and some depth on upper 60's curveball, has potential with more velocity. Potential high round draft as a catcher but has intrigued scouts with his pitching potential.

Left handed hitter, aggressive swing, very good bat speed, looks to turn and lift and will pull off at times, ball jumps hard, can back spin ball and show his power. 6.97 runner, outstanding arm strength behind the plate, good athleticism and flexibility, stays low and shifts well to block, 1.87 best pop time. Has the athletic ability to play multiple other positions defensively. Also pitched, works from stretch, fast arm, extended 3/4's release point, primary fastball pitcher, topped out at 93 mph with big running action, has some feel for a change up, curveball still developing. Has the full box of tools and plays hard.

Outstanding raw arm strength behind the plate, footwork still developing but athletic, quick actions, tends to stab at ball receiving, 1.85 best pop time in drills, 2.02 in game. 7.13 runner, left handed hitter, strong hands, very good hand path to the ball, aggressive swing, short to the ball, good extension and lift out front, bat speed, ball jumps hard on contact, tends to drift out on swing and allow barrel to drag. Didn't pitch but has been 90 mph off the mound. High level physical talent.
