Brian Trieglaff is a 2012 C/RHP with a 6-1 170 lb. frame from Houston, TX who attends Houston Christian HS. Slender athletic build, plenty of room to add strength. Excellent raw arm strength behind the plate, low flexible set up, good overall actions, can improve footwork, 1.87 best pop time, arm can be a weapon. Right handed hitter, much better game swings than BP swings, much more level swing, good loose hands, has some bat speed and extension, smooth quiet load, just needs to keep working on his strength and swing plane as a hitter. Also pitched, leg raise drifting delivery, long extended arm action, extended high 3/4's slot, not a catcher's arm action, some effort on release, raw arm strength, touched 90 mph early before dropping to mid 80's, lowers release on soft curveball. Lots of tools to develop. Good student.
