Brendan Spagnuolo is a 2014 RHP/SS with a 6-2 185 lb. frame from Massapequa, NY who attends Chaminade HS. Medium athletic build, some present strength. Big back turn delivery, bounces on his back side while turning, difficult delivery to repeat, arm is loose coming through. Mid to upper 80's fastball, topped out at 89 mph, mostly straight, have seen up to 91 mph multiple times in the past. Slurve type breaking ball, flashes some spin and depth, tended to slow arm on change up. Very good student, verbal commitment to Vanderbilt.
