Jared Brasher is a 2013 RHP with a 6-2 200 lb. frame from Pell City, AL who attends Pell City HS. Strong athletic build, still projects. Fast paced leg raise delivery with pause at the top, long arm action with some wrap in back, fast and loose arm coming through, high 3/4's release point, ball explodes out of hand when delivery in sync. Fastball up to 94 mph, very good late life at times, hard spinning curveball up to 78 mph, not consistent with release point, also lowers arm slot on 80 mph change up. Young mechanics but has a special arm and flashes plus stuff. Tries to mix it up and pitch, competes well, not a thrower. Good student.
