Taylor Blatch is a 2013 RHP with a 5-11 165 lb. frame from Stuart, FL who attends Jensen Beach HS. Slender athletic build, long arms for his size. Tall delivery, quick compact arm action, 3/4's slot, works downhill well for his size, stays balanced and directional, good pace. Very good arm strength, low 90's fastball, topped out at 92 mph, mostly straight with occasional running action, gets better run and sink on nice change up. Short slurve type slider, sweeping action, early break with some depth at times. Throws strikes and has an idea how to pitch. Good student, signed with Florida State.

Taylor Blatch is a 2013 RHP with a 5-11 165 lb. frame from Stuart, FL who attends Jensen Beach HS. Slender athletic build, good body life. Easy delivery with some effort at release, good balance, low 3/4's arm slot, arm works smooth and easy, release point not consistent on off speed pitches. Fastball, up to 93 mph with good life and plane, ball comes out of his hand very easily, very nice change up at times with plus life, tends to wrap curveball a bit in back but gets hard spin in mid to upper 70's. Live arm, just needs consistent release to take next step, three quality potential pitches and command. Good student.
