Mason Tritt is a 2013 C with a 6-0 200 lb. frame from Douglasville, GA who attends Chapel Hill HS. Stocky strong catcher's type build. Wide stance, leg lift trigger, rotational swing, commits early and is aggressive attacking the ball, tends to drop back shoulder and uppercut at times, line drive plane at others, mid field contact, ball comes off the barrel well, gets extended out front, 7.70 runner. Some raw arm strength, 2.13 best pop time, throws tall and across his body, pop times/accuracy would immediately improve with better footwork, hands were strong and soft receiving the ball. Very good student.
