Richard Seferian is a 2011 LHP with a 5-11 164 lb. frame from Weston, FL who attends Arch Bishop McCarthy HS. Medium lean build. Easy developing delivery, good overall mechanics, repeats release point well, high 3/4's slot, some pause at top for deception, arm works well. Upper 70's fastball, touched 81 mph, soft curveball with occasional big shape/depth, confident in his curveball and will throw at any count, works back and forth between FB/CB well, still developing feel for a change up. Effective pitching style.
