Daulton Jefferies is a 2013 RHP/IF with a 5-11 160 lb. frame from Atwater, CA who attends Buhach Colony HS. Young slender build, very projectable physically. Long extended arm action, fast arm, 3/4's arm slot, on line delivery with some late effort. Upper 80's fastball, touched 90 mph, hard tailing action at times, will have to improve getting fastball to the glove side. Big sweeping slider, good depth and bite, will get under at times. Very nice change up, has arm speed and late diving action. Has three solid present pitches with pitchability and feel, definitely should keep improving. Good student, verbal commitment to Stanford.

Daulton Jefferies is a 2013 SS/RHP/2B/3B with a 5-11 150 lb. frame from Atwater, CA who attends Buhach Colony. Lean athletic build, projects to fill out well down the road. Good offensive tools to work with, smooth left-handed swing, quick hands, drives the ball hard to all fields, will continue to improve with added strength. Very solid all-around defender at shortstop, soft hands, quick release, everything works well together. Short compact arm action on the mound, arm works well, good life on his change, clean delivery, late late on 11-5 curveball, nice three-pitch mix. Very strong student.
