Cameron Sides is a 2011 RHP/1B with a 6-5 217 lb. frame from Scottsdale, AZ who attends Pinnacle HS. Big well proportioned build, young look, can get stronger. Full wind up with high leg lift, compact arm action, stays on line well, high 3/4's release point, hides ball and creates deception. Consistent 76-78 mph fastball, keeps FB low in zone, occasional cutting and sinking action. Big soft curveball for strikes, lowers arm slot on change up and loses deception. Good idea how to pitch, gets hitters to swing/miss. Good student.
