Dan Herrmann is a 2013 RHP with a 6-5 215 lb. frame from Creve Coeur, MO who attends Christian Brothers College HS. Large well proportioned build, very strong and mature look. Side step/leg raise delivery, full clean arm circle, bit of a wrap in back, strides and kicks out to the plate, high 3/4's slot, repeats delivery well. Fastball topped at 91 mph, lots of 91's, mostly straight with occasional arm side run to left handed hitters, can spot fastball to both sides of the plate. Hard slider shows good shape and spin, occasional depth, slider is best at top velocities, tends to get flat and slurvy at 79 mph. Has some feel for change up, turns it over, good arm speed. Works quickly and has some pitchability. Developing fastball life and slider consistency will be key. Good student, signed with Bradley.

Dan Herrmann is a 2013 RHP with a 6-4 205 lb. frame from Creve Coeur, MO who attends Christian Brothers College HS. Big strong athletic build. Slow paced rock back delivery with pause at the top, long extended arm action, shows ball in back, over the top release point, delivery somewhat piece by piece at present. Upper 80's fastball, touched 91 mph, fastball gets good tailing action, throws downhill, maintained velocity well. Big downer curveball, hard spin and sharp bite, still developing feel but potential plus pitch, didn't see change up. Keeps improving every time we see him, still has projection left in arm and delivery. Good student.

Dan Herrmann is a 2013 RHP with a 6-4 205 lb. frame from Creve Coeur, MO who attends Christian Brothers College HS. Tall sloped shoulder build, low waist, room to get stronger. Big leg raise delivery, long arm circle with extended 3/4's release, shows ball in back, bit rotational and cross body at release, inconsistent overall mechanics at present. Fastball to 89 mph, some sink and fading action. Curveball hard with tight spin and late bite, potential plus pitch, change shows potential as well. Showed better feel and command from stretch than windup. Very good tools/arm, could really come quickly with refinement to mechanics. Follow closely. Good student.
