Michael (Buddy) Reed is a 2013 OF/SS, MIF with a 6-3 185 lb. frame from Finksburg, MD who attends St. George's School. Very good athlete with long limbs and easy fluid actions. Can really run, 6.70 sixty. Ball comes out very well, lots of arm strength, easy strength in arm, Switch hitter, right side strength, uses lower half well. Big strength and pull pop. Left side, long swing with inside out swing, shows a lot of strength and potential in bat from both sides. Raw on mound with arm strength, fast arm with downhill plane. Velocity projects, showed changeup as well. High level athlete with very big potential. Good student.

Switch-hitter, smoother from left side, good bat speed, rotational, looks to pull, good line drive pop, projects for more, hard contact in games, should concentrate on left side. Good arm in the outfield, good jumps, great range, made highlight play in center. Also pitched, quick and compact arm action, square finish, solid command. He is a solid student.
