Justin Montalvo is a 2012 OF/MIF with a 5-7 155 lb. frame from Chicago, IL who attends Lake View. Lean build with lots of room to fill out and add strength. Does a good job of fielding the ball in the outfield. Hands work and arm works well. Throws from a low slot with short arm action and accuracy. Right-handed bat with a quiet approach. Stays back and lets the ball travel. Good contact skills with strong hands and some bat speed. Does a good job of hitting the ball to the opposite field. Will gain more pop with additional strength. Excellent student.
