Rohit Chawla is a 2013 RHP/IF with a 5-10 145 lb. frame from Princeton, NJ who attends Princeton. Medium frame, lean with lots of room to fill. On the mound, quick tempo delivery, balanced leg kick, medium length stride. Throws from 3/4 slot, arm works easily. Repeats delivery and does a good job throwing strikes. Long arm action in back gets very good extension out front. Online mechanics, curveball with 11/5 break, changeup stays down in zone, Solid fielder on the infield, stays back on ball, hands field cleanly, arm strength works. Right handed hitter, opposite field approach, line drive swing plane. Stays inside of ball well. Very good student.
