Milton Rivera is a 2014 2B/SS with a 5-11 160 lb. frame from Humacao, PR who attends International Baseball Academy. Medium frame, lean wiry build. Hits with a high hand set out away from his body, long swing path. Aggressive swing, flashed bat speed he showed at the Caribbean Showcase but appeared to be trying too hard at times and would pull his head and swing and miss far more than he did in our previous look. Long arm action, moves well defensively, solid arm strength, good footwork. Excellent student.

Milton Rivera is a 2014 SS/2B with a 5-10 150 lb. frame from Humacao, PR who attends International Baseball Academy. Slender young athletic build, lots of room to get stronger. 6.61 runner, primary middle infielder but stood out defensively in games at third base, multiple diving or charging plays to get outs, showed his athleticism, charges the ball very well, solid overall defensive actions, developing arm strength with carry. Right handed hitter, spread bent knee stance, upper half rotational swing, line drive plane, some length, swings hard and the ball comes off well. Very good student.
