Luis Zamudio is a 2014 LHP/1B with a 5-8 140 lb. frame from Los Angeles, CA who attends Roosevelt HS. Slender young build, developing strength. Loose athletic actions, cross body delivery, short stride, tends to fall off hard at release, high 3/4's arm slot, needs to lengthen out stride and establish balance point. Fastball to 75 mph, gets some sink/run on FB when down in the zone, primary fastball pitcher, occasional curveball with soft spin, rare change up. Should improve with strength and better mechanics, has a loose,easy arm.
