Cristian Bracero is a 2013 OF/RHP with a 5-11 165 lb. frame from Manati, PR who attends Carlos Beltran Baseball Academy. Athletic, medium frame, wiry and lean build. Ran a 6.90 60 yard. Long arm action from the outfield, fast arm, easy arm strength, raw actions. Left-handed hitter, makes consistent line drive contact, flashes good bat speed, swing is a little busy in spot, consistent looking hitter, line drive swing path but shows occasional lift. Also pitches, throws from a 3/4 arm slot, arm works very well, long arm action, stays tall on his back leg, everything works smooth and easy. Pitches at 82-84 mph with his fastball, projects better. Spins 11-5 curveball, flashes some depth at 71 mph. High upside pitcher. Excellent student.
