Parker Pennington is a 2014 SS/OF with a 5-10 155 lb. frame from Fort Worth, TX who attends All Saints Episcopal School. Smaller young athletic build. Medium frame, slender build with room to fill. Hits from an open stance with a high hand set, short to the ball, medium load, downward swing plane, contact oriented hitting approach, consistent contact, takes barrel to the ball well. Rotational swing, line drive plane, flashes hard contact at times. Good routes defensively, good first step, compact mechanics, hands work, short arm action. Good student.
