Hunter Seay is a 2016 1B/OF with a 6-0 185 lb. frame from Keller, TX who attends Keller HS. Medium athletic build, good present strength. 6.92 runner, short for a first baseman but outstanding defensively, quick and agile, has very soft hands, impacts the game defensively with his athleticism. Also plays the outfield well, good arm strength. Left handed hitter, sound mechanics and timing, fluid swing with good bat speed, nice extension out front, line drive swing but can flash power at times, has feel for the barrel and makes consistent hard contact, easy low effort swing. Nice all around player. Good student, verbal commitment to Baylor.
