Dylan Prohoroff is a 2013 RHP/1B with a 6-2 210 lb. frame from Placentia, CA who attends Valencia HS. Large well proportioned build, good present strength. Back turn delivery, clean arm circle from high takeaway, high 3/4's slot, loose and whippy arm out front, throws downhill. Mid 80's fastball, topped out at 87 mph, gets cutting action at times, fastball gets on hitters quickly. Throws two types of breaking balls, 74 mph slider has good hard spin and sharp biting action, softer 69 mph curveball has more rounded break, rare change up. Throws strikes and works ahead aggressively. Right handed hitter, spread open stance, long swing with some strength and bat speed, line drive contact. Good student.
