Cole Ragans is a 2016 LHP with a 6-4 190 lb. frame from Crawfordville, FL who attends North Florida Christian HS. Long and lean broad shouldered build, very projectable. High 3/4's arm slot with a fast and loose arm, delivery is more directional and vertical than previously, will occasionally lean off to the third base side coming through. Fastball to 92 mph, gets lots of downhill angle to his pitches, mostly straight, works side to side well with his fastball but still developing vertical control. Curveball flashes 12/6 depth at times, can get out front of it more consistently on release. Developing change up, tends to slow his arm now on the pitch. Verbal commitment to Florida State. Named to the Perfect Game All-American Classic team.
