Luis Cintron Rivere is a 2013 RHP with a 5-10 148 lb. frame from Yabucoa, PR who attends Roman Quinones HS. Small slender build, room to get stronger. Drift and drive delivery, side arm to low 3/4's release, whippy arm action. Fastball topped out at 84 mph, higher velocity fastballs tend to be flat and up, best fastballs in low 80's down in zone with nice sinking life. Gets good spin on slider, nice depth with some bite. Effective when working down and away from hitters with deception and life.
