Brady West is a 2016 C/2B with a 5-8 151 lb. frame from Caledonia, IL who attends Lutheran HS. Smaller, young frame with a lot of room to grow and get stronger. Solid receiving skills behind the plate, good balance, needs to stay closed better on throws. Short arm action, arm strength should come with time. Left-handed batter, hits from a spread stance with his weight on his backside. Flashes solid bat speed, stays on the ball and hits line drives. Has good a approach and idea at the plate, looks like he'll continue to improve. Good student.
