Tanner Lindsay is a 2015 OF/RHP, 2B with a 6-0 175 lb. frame from Wding River, NY who attends Riverhead Senior. Lindsay has a lean build. Hits from both sides of the plate. From the right side, hits from a slightly open stance, toe tap trigger to square, pull approach with a line drive swing plane and lift. Makes consistent contact. From the left side, starts slightly open with a lower hand set. Has late bat speed with a line drive swing plane. Occasional hard contact from both sides of plate. Defensively, from the OF, athletic actions to ball with an aggressive approach, comes through well, high 3/4 release point. From the INF, made all the plays in game, sure hands and showed good lateral movement. Also pitched, Side arm to low 3/4 release point, fastball has arm side run and curveball showed 10/4 sweeping actions. Outstanding Student.
