Liam Roden is a 2015 RHP/OF with a 6-3 180 lb. frame from Bixby, OK who attends Bixby HS. Tall lean athletic build, good physical projection. Long extended arm action with a mid 3/4's to 3/4's arm slot, opens front side early in delivery, some effort on release. Fastball topped out at 82 mph, gets very good late run and sink at times. Soft frisbee type curveball with occasional good depth. Has a nice feel for his change up with proper arm speed and some life. Right handed hitter, closed to open stance, opens from side early, swings hard while keeping hands tight, spray line drive contact. 7.20 runner, long slinging arm action with good raw arm strength. Good student.
