David Harrison is a 2014 2B/3B with a 5-9 170 lb. frame from Missouri City, TX who attends George Ranch HS. Medium build, some present strength. 7.48 runner, moves well laterally at second base, especially to his left, shows good arm strength with carry, nice plays on game relays, has athletic bounce to his defensive actions and plays hard. Right handed hitter. low and tight start with his hands, no shift, exaggerated inside the ball, unusual swing mechanics, hits outside pitches well, tends to struggle on the inside half, line drive swing plane, raw hitting tools to improve with adjustments. Good student.
