Alfonso Bafidis IV is a 2016 2B/C with a 5-8 145 lb. frame from San Antonio, TX who attends Smithson Valley. Bafidis Has a lean frame, hits from both sides of the plate. From the right side of the plate, starts square with a medium leg lift, mid field to opposite approach, shows good hand speed with line drive swing. From the left, starts slightly open, has an aggressive swing and shows bat speed. Opposite field line drive swing and contact. Defensively from the INF, fields ball out front, high energy player, accurate throws, from behind plate good transfer and release, ball carries. Outstanding Student.
