Kobe Gelles is a 2016 C/ with a 5-11 175 lb. frame from Overland Park, KS who attends Blue Valley. Gelles has a medium sized frame with a good build. Defensively he has solid catch and throw skills with good footwork. Gelles throws with a two-piece arm action and he has arm strength up to 72 MPH. He makes accurate throws with clean transfers. At the plate, Gelles starts with a balanced stance and has an early stride. He has a quiet load and has an easy swing to the baseball. Gelles has some bat speed and showed some pop. He gets good extension through the ball and made solid contact to the opposite field. Very good student.
