Casey Turner is a 2015 LHP/1B with a 6-0 175 lb. frame from Houston, TX who attends Clear Lake HS. Medium athletic build. High leg lift delivery with good balance throughout, medium length arm circle, 3/4's arm slot, repeats mechanics well, very relaxed and confidence demeanor on the mound, acts like he's in charge. Polished stuff in the Craft Lefty mode, fastball topped out at 80 mph and is thrown to spots, change up is his best pitch and uses at any time with command and confidence, gets lots of out with his change up, works in a slow curveball for another look. Definitely has an idea what he's doing on the mound and executes it. Will get hitters out at the next level, especially with a bit more velocity.
