Hunter Haley is a 2015 RHP with a 6-1 150 lb. frame from Mount Vernon, TX who attends Mt Vernon HS. Very slender athletic build, lots of room to get stronger. Drop and drive delivery with good upper body turn, 3/4's arm slot, arm works well, stays on line and balanced well, good pace to the plate. Fastball topped at 82 mph, heavy fastball with good sinking action at times. Upper 60's curveball showed consistent spin and bite and some 11/5 depth. Threw both pitches for strikes and competed well. Right handed hitter, big leg raise trigger from a straight stance, line drive swing plane, swing has some length but he swings hard and can drive the ball occasionally to the middle of the field. Should continue to improve with additional strength.
