Lachlan Mayo is a 2014 OF/3B with a 6-3 195 lb. frame from North Turramurra, NSW who attends Knox Grammar School. Has a large projectable frame with a strong athletic build. Displayed a strong arm accurate arm in the outfield with good actions and the ability to cover ground. Good arm across the infield with soft hands, and his throws are accurate and online. Takes an aggressive approach at the plate with a wide base leg lift trigger. Showed good bat speed with leverage in his swing, has good pop in his bat, lets the ball travel and is a gap to gap hitter. Has good baseball instincts with good overall speed.
