James Miller is a 2014 RHP/ with a 6-0 195 lb. frame from Cypress, TX who attends Cypress Creek. Large projectable frame with a strong build. Has a fast deliberate pace on the mound with a good repeatable delivery and good mechanics. Throws from a high 3/4 arm slot with a long easy arm action. Attacks hitters on the mound is aggressive with his fastball, gets ahead early in counts and keeps hitters guessing mixing his pitches well. Throws his 12-6 curveball for strikes with depth and has good movement on his change-up which he uses as his out pitch. Is a player to continue to follow and is an excellent student.
