Noah Mehrle is a 2016 OF/MIF with a 6-1 180 lb. frame from Liberty Township, OH who attends St Xavier. Well proportioned athletic frame, good present strength with room for more. Right handed hitter, wrapped start with a long stride in, long extended swing, has some present bat speed but will need to shorten his approach against better pitching, ball comes off his barrel hard when squared, best contact pulling the ball, projects well as a hitter with adjustments. 7.19 runner, clean outfield actions defensively, has good footwork and works through the ball, fields out front, long loose arm action with projectable arm strength. Has the athleticism to keep improving with time and adjustments. Very good student.
