Erik Klug is a 2015 SS/2B with a 5-8 140 lb. frame from Sands Point, NY who attends Paul D Schreiber Senior. Athletic frame with a lean build and room to fill out with added strength. Ran a 5.19 40 yard dash. Middle infielder, moves well on his feet to the ball, hands play, short arm action, flashes arm strength across, needs to incorporate lower half into throws. Right handed batter, starts with an upright stance with a closed base. Small toe twist trigger, keeps front side closed, shows a nice ability to hit to opposite field. Excellent student.
