Connor Queen is a 2016 RHP/3B, 1B, OF with a 6-1 210 lb. frame from Boerne, TX who attends Boerne. Large, broad shouldered build with present strength throughout frame well proportioned frame. Ran a 7.02 60-yard dash. Primary right-handed pitcher, throws from a higher slot with full arm action through the backside. Deliberate pace to tempo of delivery, fastball up to 85 mph and comes out clean and easy. Has the ability to miss barrels throughout the zone, flashed a curveball at 75 mph. Projects well. Fields the ball out front in the infield, stays low through and shows big, quick release, easy arm strength across the diamond with accuracy and carry. Right-handed hitter, starts with simple set up and a high leg lift trigger. Strength plays in swing and had a sound approach, line drive path and covers the plate well. Consistent contact to pull side but showed ability to drive ball to the opposite field gap. Very good student.
