Austin Hinds is a 2016 SS/2B with a 5-11 155 lb. frame from Maineville, OH who attends Little Miami. Medium, lean, wiry, athletic frame and has room to fill out. Ran a 7.02 60 yard dash. Good speed. Stays down on the ball in the infield and his hands work well. Shows quick actions. Makes present arm strength work with accurate throws across. Bats right-handed, works from a narrow setup and show good barrel accuracy. Hits to the middle of the field and has good timing with a toe tap trigger. Stays inside the ball well and flashes bat speed. Very good student.
