Ben Faso is a 2015 OF/1B with a 6-2 200 lb. frame from Media, PA who attends Garnet Valley. Large, athletic frame with long limbs and a strong build with some room to still fill out. Ran a 7.25 60-yard dash. Primary outfielder, works through the ball nicely, shows a short arm action with nice carry and accuracy on throws. Strong arm with the ball coming from his hand cleanly. Right-handed batter, starts with a high hand set with an open base. Upper half swing, generates very good bat speed with strength, nice feel for barrel with the ball coming off very well. Raw power with consistent hard line drive contact in game. Interesting bat to follow. Named to Sunshine Northeast Top Prospect List, very good student.
