Noah Kennedy is a 2016 SS/3B, OF, RHP with a 5-11 170 lb. frame from Frisco, TX who attends John Paul II. Medium, athletic build with a lean, projectable build and room to fill out. Ran a 7.71 60-yard dash. Primary shortstop, moves to and works through the ball well, solid range to either side, hands play and shows comfort with backhand, accurate throws with carry and strength across. Also pitched, throws from a high three-quarter arm slot with a short arm action in the back. Front side opens early at times, ball comes out well, finishes with lower half towards the plate with nice extension out front. Fastball topped at 78 mph with sinking action and showed a curveball at 66 mph. Right-handed hitter, starts with a low back elbow and a quiet hand set. Upper body swing, sound approach with ability to hit to all fields with intent. Gap to gap contact with a line drive swing plate, gets barrel through the zone with biggest strength coming to pull side, recognizes spin well. Good student.
