Griffin Walker is a 2016 OF with a 5-10 155 lb. frame from Homewood, AL who attends Homewood HS. Slender young athletic build, lots of room to get stronger. Good runner, 6.92 in the sixty and 4.28 home to first from the right side. Contact oriented swing approach, looking to put the ball in play and use his speed, handles the barrel well and makes consistent contact, mostly opposite field contact. Moves to the ball well in the outfield with good footwork, accurate soft throws. Good student.
