Dominic Sere is a 2016 OF/C with a 6-1 175 lb. frame from Spring, TX who attends Oak Ridge. Large, athletic build with long limbs and a lean, projectable build. Ran a 7.43 60-yard dash. Primary outfielder, full arm action on throws, gets on top of throws with carry and accuracy, longer release, more arm strength to come with the incorporation of lower half. Shows a short arm action from behind the plate, gets on top of throws, accurate to second base, tall at release. Right-handed hitter, starts with an upright stance with a high hand set. Uses a leg lift trigger, upper body swing, creates leverage while showing bat speed, front side opens early, stays balanced well throughout swing. Very good student.
