Kevin Rabinowitz is a 2006 RHP/OF with a 6'7'', 195 lb. frame from Atlanta, Georgia, who attends St. Francis High School. He is a tall player with a very projectable body. On the mound he throws from a high 3/4 arm slot with a short arm circle on the back side. Rabinowitz throws with a downward plane to the plate making it hard on hitters to make consistent contact. He gets running action on his fastball that topped out at 78 mph. With his size and arm speed, it is easy to project that he will throw much harder in the future. Rabinowitz also mixed in a 66 mph breaking ball, and a 70 mph changeup. Defensively he showed a strong arm from the outfield with online carry to the base. At the plate he is a right handed hitter with raw power at the plate. He cocks his hands and is an aggressive hitter. When he gets his long arms extended and makes solid contact, the ball can go a long way. Rabinowitz is a two-way prospect with upside.
